The Mercedes-Benz tuner – Lorinser – is planning to come to the 2008 Geneva Auto Show with some new surprises in store for all of us to see. The Nardo3 will be the main event and highlight of their booth. This car has been designed using the SL AMG roadster. Those who are familiar with racing from all around the world will notice that the Nardo3 is named after the high speed test track in Italy.
Mercedes-Benz new GLK compact SUV – which was previewed at the Detroit Auto Show in January – surprised people with its unusual design. Most people have described it as a “shrunken down full-size GL”. Yet, it seems that Mercedes has made some improvements upon the vehicle that might just make up for this lack of design.
Mercedes is proud of their new AMG. The new vehicle sports comfortable seats and the power that it holds beneath its gleaming hood cannot only be felt but also heard by everyone. It is definitely a vehicle to respect – but it seems that Mercedes is having a hard time spreading the word on just how good the car really is.
We heard through the grapevine that Mercedes is planning on buying out McLaren – which makes for an interesting move on their part. When Mercedes was asked to elaborate on this we got the answer we expected – nothing. They said no comment to every question that had to deal with this subject – which makes us wonder if it is true and they are trying to keep things hush-hush.
It looks like Mercedes is showing off their new CLC in style next to the lovely and talented Eva Padberg. Mercedes has stated that they will be debuting the new car at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week that is being held in Germany. Surprised? So were we.
