It is hard for many of us to have the ability to purchase a new car thanks to the rise in gas prices and in everything else on the market. If you are military you will be glad to know that things will be easier for you when you purchase a GM vehicle thanks to their new military discount program.
For three months the UAW strike at American Axle has been going on – but now it looks like there might be an end to it. On Friday an agreement was made that states that General Motors will pledge $200 million dollars to get things started again after the plants have been out of commission for so long.
Recalls is something that every automaker dreads and prays that they never have to deal with. Unfortunately for GM and Toyota it is time for them to face the music. Together they are both recalling over 662,000 cars that have been sold in the U.S. because of the defective power windows.
General Motors has decided that selling their cars through dealerships is one option – but why not make things easier for some people and be more creative. They have talked things out and come to an agreement with eBay Motors that will allow them to place their entire inventory of used vehicles on the auction block.
Brian Nesbitt – GM’s designer – had the pleasure of introducing the new GMC Denali XT concept at during the 2008 Chicago Auto Show. At first glance no words could come to our minds. It is definitely one that we could stare at all day – but to find the right words to describe the look of it can be quite hard to come up with.
